What is a Relationship Coach?

A relationship coach is a formally trained specialist who works with individuals and couples to enhance their relationships by utilizing effective relationship strategies, communicative modalities and personal development approaches. In comparison to traditional therapy, the coaching is more future and current centered as the clients are taken through implementing a potential course of action aimed at improving their emotional connection, solving conflicts, and supporting lasting relationships.

 

Although some people would relate relationship coaching with their romantic partners, it is also useful in enhancing other relationships between parents and children, friends, colleagues, or family members.
