What Is Relationship Coaching and How Can It Help You?
Relationship Coaching with me is a confidential, non judgmental and empowering service to assist my clients in creating the relationship they desire.
With Relationship Coaching my goal within sessions is to help clients gain clarity on what they want, how they want to feel and how to create it; whether together as a couple or as an individual.
I use Relationship Coaching strategies which are designed to bring couples closer together and start to rekindle the love and connection they once had enabling them to begin to see and experience the person they fell in love with. I help to show couples how to trust again, be vulnerable and start to laugh and love again.
We ask what can we put into to the relationship and how...empathy, respect, understanding, love, connection, intimacy, a sense of belonging and significance is what most of us desire and what can go missing for many.
Relationship Coaching sessions are designed to bring you as a couple closer together emotionally, mentally and physically. We will be aware of the issues but instead of dwelling on what is wrong we will explore the reasons why they are there and introduce strategies to create something new.
In Relationship Coaching sessions I will not judge, and I am not here to give my opinion on who is wrong or right. My work is to recreate your connection and help you to create your desired relationship and blaming and shaming do not assist that.
Understanding, empathy, focus and commitment do and that's where I can help you.
What is required of you?
Please be prepared to commit to your relationship and yourself for a set period of time which we can discuss and agree on. This depends on your own situation and where you are currently with your relationship. I will ask you to make your relationship a top focus and you will in turn reap the rewards.
To achieve the results you truly desire please decide to take action where required and take the small steps that I give you which will make surprisingly big changes.
Relationship Coaching Sessions
For the foreseeable future due to the current circumstances all Relationship Coaching sessions will take place online via Skype or zoom
Changes can be made from the first or second sessions and I recommend booking 6 sessions as a minimum and then booking per session from then on.
Depending on your unique situation please be aware that it can take 12
sessions to really set in long term changes as new habits.
The initial session will last up to 2 hours. Following sessions will be 90 minutes.
Sessions will be a combination of you attending as a couple and individually. If one partner does not want coaching i can effectively coach one of the couple.
