What Is Relationship Coaching and How Can It Help You?

Relationship coaching has the potential to transform your relationship or marriage even when you feel like all hope is lost. I have worked with many couples who have experienced this.

 

Relationship Coaching with me is a confidential, non-judgmental and empowering service to assist my clients in creating the relationship they desire.

 

With Relationship Coaching my goal within sessions is to help clients gain clarity on what they want, how they want to feel and how to create it; whether together as a couple or as an individual.

I use Relationship Coaching strategies which are designed to bring couples closer together and start to rekindle the love and connection they once had enabling them to begin to see and experience the person they fell in love with. I help to show couples how to trust again, be vulnerable and start to laugh and love again.

I can teach you communication strategies, how to manage or prevent conflict, how to understand each other better and how to fulfil each others needs.

We ask what can we put into to the relationship and how... empathy, respect, understanding, love, connection, intimacy, a sense of belonging and significance is what most of us desire and what can go missing for many.

Relationship Coaching sessions are designed to bring you as a couple closer together emotionally, mentally and physically. We will be aware of the issues but instead of dwelling on what is wrong, we will explore the reasons why they are there and introduce strategies to create something new.

 

In Relationship Coaching sessions I will not judge, and I am not here to give my opinion on who is wrong or right. My work is to recreate your connection and help you to create your desired relationship and blaming and shaming does not assist that.

Understanding, empathy, focus and commitment do and that's where I can help you.

What is required of you?

 

Please be prepared to fully commit to the coaching process.  I will ask you to make your relationship a top focus and you will in turn reap the rewards.

Be willing to challenge or change your own points of view.

Listen to your partner.

Take responsibility for your part in the relationship.

Show up for every session and make time to fill out reflection forms.

Take all of the actions agreed upon within the session.

Strive to be your best self in the relationship.

The couples who consistently take action get incredible results from coaching.

Relationship Coaching Sessions

 

Changes can be made from the first or second sessions though this does vary with each couple. I recommend starting with a package of sessions to allow true changes of habits and behaviour and to allow healing and changes to occur over time. However, single sessions are available if you would prefer to experience a session before committing to a package. The cost of the initial session will be deducted from your package.

Sessions will be a combination of you attending as a couple and individually. If one partner does not want coaching I can effectively coach one partner of the couple.

My couples sessions are 90 minutes or 2 hours long and individual sessions are 90 minutes.
